    I sent my Xbox One to Microsoft


    Guys I dont know if someone can actually help me with this but since chat support is closed right now, I'm gonna need to do this.

    My Xbox One was not working so I sent it to Microsoft to get it repaired. Now, I checked out the work order status to see how the repair is going and it says that my Xbox was already delivered back to me. However, I haven't received it yet.

    Is this normal? I don't know if it is and I am starting to worry about it.

    Power brick

    My power brick broke and I sent it to microsoft and they sent me a new one back now my xbox will not power on. The one I sent them was 135w and the one they sent back was 120w. Is that the reason my xbox will not power on?

    Xbox One Wont Power On

    My Xbox One console was having this error, so I contacted Microsoft, sent off the old power brick and just received my replacement (6 weeks after I sent the faulty one off) and my console still has the same exact issue as before. Thanks for nothing Microsoft

    I got the exact same offer on the dash of my Xbox 360 So I purchased an Xbox One from Microsoft itself, it was delivered and I activated it with my gamer-tag UFO3 as per terms and cond, the games as I took were to be digital downloads sent to our games
    and apps on the Xbox One ........ or were we to be sent download codes via the messages on our Xbox One ? nothing has been sent or arrived.

    Surely Xbox knows its own promotions !!! get it fixed people.

    I was in a chat with support on the microsoft store website and they sent me to xbox support chat saying they were the ones who could solve my issue. Xbox support then sent me here saying someone would reply and set me up with a solution.

    Same thing here, had to return the non working unit they sent me to replace my day one unit. Say that I shouldn't have sent that one back that I should have sent my day one back first. now they are " looking " for the one I sent back before they can take
    off the charge and replace my original one . I get the feeling their going to say they can't find it! You should be able to contact your credit card and dispute the charge. Microsoft is really *** up.
