I sent my xbox of for repair. Ive been sent an older xbox

my x broke in december. i sent it off to be repaired and they sent it back exactly the same, still broken. ive sent it off to be repaired a second time now. i have zero faith they will fix it. i just want a working console

If you had opened the console to fix it after you dropped it, Microsoft won't repair it.
