    I sent my Xbox elite series 2 controller back to Microsoft via ups and it arrived there, but 2 days later Microsoft is still in repair status that the device is not there yet. What can I do and is this Mistake commen? I would be very happy if you could
    help, because I don't know what to do next?

    Warranty help with Elite 2 Halo infinite edition

    Can we get ahold someone who can answer this for certain? I am also having an issue with my right thumbstick and this is a very expensive, and DIFFERENT product from a normal Elite Series 2 controller. If Microsoft/Xbox can't warranty the specific sku, then why is there even a warranty in the box at all? If they were to send a regular Elite Series 2 back after a Halo Infinite version is sent in, then they would be performing a scam--not a warranty service.

    I sent my Elite Series 2 from the UK to Microsoft in Germany on the 22nd of June. It arrived on the 24th. On the 30th I got an email from Microsoft saying the order was being processed. I have heard nothing since and it's been nearly 2 weeks. Getting a bit

    Did you find a solution to this problem? I updated my Elite series 2 yesterday, and now I have the exact same problem. Elite series 2 is recognized as a regular xbox controller and does connect via bluetooth, but doesnt work. Connected via USB-c the XBOX accessories app doesnt even recognize it...

    Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didnt help.

    You can do that with the Elite Series 2 controller. You have to add your home theater to your Xbox if you haven't already.

    Using the Xbox Accessories app I added the Volume up, down and mute to the dpad up, down and right to my 3rd preset on my Elite Series 2 controller.
