I sent my xbox elite controller to repair under warranty 3 months ago and Microsoft lost it.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this problem. In this case, if Microsoft lost your controller and you have some proof that you sent it for repair, you should talk to support and ask them to return it to you immediately since it is their responsibility.

Its elite 2 controller i sent it to Microsoft repair center under warranty its had warranty tell 2025 after it got repaired the warranty just expired how does that happen

A long time ago when my 360 elite got rrod and was sent away for a warranty repair, it came back with a code for a month of xbox live in the box!

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on a repair. Unfortunately, Xbox controllers( not counting Elite controllers) only have a 90 day warranty. If the controller is 5 months old, then it would not be in warranty for a repair/replacement.

all devices regardless of company policy is 1 year warranty in the uk, microsoft have to repair under warranty

Is your controller still under warranty? If so, yes I would get it sent in as soon as possible for repair. Unfortunately, there has been many problems with the Elite Series 2 controller such as this. Best of luck.
