I sent my Series X in for service. It kept crashing every time I tried starting a game. Can...

I play on the Xbox Series X and my game crashes every time i start the expansion. Its not only a PC thing

How can i fix this?

The average duration of service is 14 to 21 days from the moment your console arrives at Microsoft's service center, this including shipping time. To check your order status at any time:

- Sign in to the Device services site with your Microsoft account credentials.

- Select the device that’s associated with your service request.

- Select Repair Order at the bottom of the page. The status of your order will appear.

Unfortunately, it's very hard to tell exactly why games were crashing on your console without having access to it.

I have tried all these fixes and I am still having the same problem, it crashes within 10mins to an hour every time. Only game that I have this issue with on Series X.

There is no extra content for the game I can navigate the menus but when I load up any race the game crashes every time. It does this on the series x only it works fine on Xbox x.

It crashes on me no matter what console I'm on I'm so sick of app crashing on me every 30 minutes i use xbox series s series x and pc and still does same thing app crashes and I have to start it back up
