Discus and support I sent my friend a gift card via email for his birthday and he did not receive it in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Is there some way I can get this reprocessed or whatever needs to happen?     I sent my friend a gift card via email for his birthday and he did not receive it


    Is there some way I can get this reprocessed or whatever needs to happen? I was charged $25

    hi could you please send a free £ gift card which is for a very deserving boy he would really appreciate it because it is his birthday next week and he really wants one but his mum won't let him and I always forget his birthday

    Hi there!

    A friend of mine was in Hong Kong over the summer for a summer school programme. At his birthday he received a HKD Gift Card from is class mates. Now he's back in NL but he still has this gift card. Can he just activate this gift card in the Hong Kong store
    and than download it in Dutch on our own xbox? (we share the xbox).

    Sorry to hear it. However, there is nothing that can be done about it. You'll need to double check the email address that you sent the code through to ensure you sent it to the correct address.

    Microsoft will not replace anything that is lost via email or regular mail.

    here    . but unfortunately, you cannot buy items with an Xbox gift card on a iOS or android device. Try buying it on a Xbox!

    If my friend redeems the gift card in the link you sent, will he be able to redeem it on mcpe, or does it have to be on Xbox?
