i sent my friend a dlc for destiny 2 and now almost a year later its gone

so i sent my friend a dlc last year on may 5 and it wouldn't let him use it today and he tried everything restarting the game he checked his games addons it was there but it wouldn't work the thing is he decided to uninstall it but when he went to reinstall it said he had to pay for it so what's going on?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We need to make sure that the DLC that you gifted him was redeemed under the correct Microsoft account. Please ask your friend to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if he can see the game order stated as "completed" or "redeemed". Once he were able to see the game order, please ask him to remove and re-add his account to re-sync the license.

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

Yes its the full game plus the first year dlc as base game now

they had a easter egg hunt page for this year, i saw it yesterday on the xbox page online. but its gone now. they said to write a 50 word story of your favourite xbox 360 moment and have it sent by post date april 9, 2012....its gone now..

Every year when a new DLC is release the last years DLC is tied into a bundle and the stand alone is delisted. This is because the price drops and new dlc is made.

That does include warmind and curse of oris and forsaken and all of the forsaken DLC has its all now bundled togethor has one. Its also on sale at the moment.

It also includes a level 30 jump that lets you play forsaken right away with out going though the other campains you can also use that on a 2nd character
