Hello I'm wondering is it normal to have two registered elite series 2 devices? Even though I only sent in one for repairs. It also has both as their status as waiting on your package to arrive. The new registered also has gave me a shipping label and
is telling me to ship the new registered one even though I don't have that one. Should I be worried or is this a normal process? Any help is appreciated.

    :)

This should not be something you should be worried about as there wouldn't be a product shipped to them. If your want to make sure call the care center ur sending it to for repairs and explain u only gave the 1 device but was registered for 2

Anyone else regret buying the elite series 2?

To my understanding, the Elite Series 2 controller has a 1 year warranty. If you are experiencing issues within the warranty period, you can request a repair/replacement service.

To get started, sign in at Device services,
select Register new device, and then follow the instructions.

After you've registered, you'll see the warranty status for your device. If it's within warranty, repairs are free. If your device is out of warranty, you'll be charged a repair fee.
