Unfortunately, I think they send them back to China for that. My custom color controller would’ve cost almost just as much as an elite, with the cost of shipping from China. But they had a random 20% off your first order for one or something like that at the time this was a newish thing. (Which was about the cost of shipping anyway) and still made it $100 some dollar controller. Which a spring later went bad and made it useless. Took 3 weeks to get out of China… bad time of year to go about this stuff too.

i payed £80 for a replacement elite controller which was sent to me with a broken left bumper, so i sent it off for repair all to have to sent back with a broken right thumb stick! now it just says repair complete and says its out of warrenty with no way to sent it for repair again and when i try to contact surport it says unable to call back! so im stuck with a controller with bad stick drift i payed £80 for. they really need to sort out there customer sevice.
