    I sent my controller for replacement under warranty. They sent me the wrong product back. How do I get hold of support? I got hold of them on the 29th after a big struggle. It was apparently escalates to the hardware team who had to send me a mail and I'm still waiting. Anyone have a link I can use for complaints

    Refund service order instead of getting another replacement

    I did not activate the Microsoft warranty as it was out of warranty and I had to purchase the replacement controller that was sent to me. The controller is faulty and I want a refund of the replacement order and return the faulty controller sent to me

    I've also had a controller with a drift issue. I just sent it back under warranty and it got replaced quickly. Luckily the new controller did not have that issue

    Hi Mate,

    Sent in a controller under warranty and even though its been signed for they have lost it. They sent out the wrong controller and then collected it again and after all this was basically told they wont return my controller as its lost and wont replace it ?

    10/10 for customer service at there end i am totally amased at how they can do this ?
