i sell cheap for not being able to use

se me desconecta de la Internet cada 10 minutos.. y no es mi proveedor

i'm off the Internet every 10 minutes and he's not my supplier

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. If it's happening every 10 minutes, I would suggest trying the steps outlined in our support page

for the issue.

If that doesn't help, try perhaps a
soft factory reset. It's a reset of the console to factory defaults which may help your console clear itself of a problematic data that could be causing this problem and will not .

When you get the chance, give those steps a shot and let us know if that helped.

i wrote my problem a week ago and nobody answered... I get disconnected from the Internet every 10 minutes... he throws me off every games and says to disconnect me from Xbox Live, I can't find a solution. My Internet works well, if there is any idea other
than disconnect something (which I have already done) is appreciated

Hard reset.. same result

In fifa 20

only one play.. then.. disconnect (visit ea.com/unable- to-connect)
