    from the above states reason i think xbox rewards might not be the thing for me since now i also got errors on my acc...

    hi i have been a loyal customer since xbox 360 and have had the rewards program since then also and i have been buying lots and i have never gotten anytrhing from you since then all i have gotten is credits for taking the surveys.

    when i go into my account history on my microsoft account i have proof that i havent gotten anything since september 24, 2010 .. can you please take a look and help me out with this cuz i should be in the rewards vip by now and i would like all my credits
    that i have earned since then also please.,.

    i have contacted xbox live support about this matter hope to hear back from you soon thanks.

    There is a opt-out link included at the bottom the MyRewards page, or you can use the link provided by Smwutches. Keep in mind that closing your Rewards account will cause you to lose your current progress and pending Credits.

    You are not doing anything wrong. The 360 app only shows a very limited selection of available programs for whatever genre/category. It truly sucks, and only seems to have gotten worse with the update, but thats how it is.

    Oh and it's a Netflix thing, not a Microsoft thing.

    I absolutely HATE the new maps, unsurprisingly.

    I totally concur. I have never gotten higher than 7-8 in GM. I cannot seem to get past that middle hump without everyone else leaving me behind. I've gotten the ACW-R this week and we'll see how that goes.

    Xbox Live rewards

    If you're referring to your gamerscore, that is not the same as rewards credits. It has no monetary value and cannot be converted to anything.

    If you do mean rewards credits, even if you didnt opt out of the program, the credits would automatically be deposited into your account as currency. If they were unable to deposit them (you would have gotten an email stating there is a problem with your
    accout), they would be transferred to the Microsoft Rewards program as Microsoft Rewards points.
