Yeah some people don't see to realize it works that way for black ops 2

They do ban people as those who are banned would head over to the official Black Ops 2 forums on the COD website to ask why they were banned or to contest one. Just search for it and search those forums, it's an indication that they do ban people, some of
it for boosting, but it takes awhile unless it's a serious case as Treyarch gets many false reports that they must sort out.
