I says you do not meet the requirements for a myplayer account so how do I make one also...

do you meet the required age, cant remember off the top of my head what min age is but has to be above 18 i think

To further isolate the problem, please check the system requirements of the game and compare it to your system if it meets the requirement. In that way you will know if your device is compatible with the game. Otherwise, there's nothing more we can do to help unless you upgrade your device to meet the requirements.

Check that the birth date is correct or add the account to a console
family group.
