I didn't receive my voice of war pack

I was on the mixer stream of halo championship like one hour and i didn't receive anything I saw the final and almost all the stream

Hi there. Some users are still reporting getting there items even as of today. If after two weeks you do not have the items,and your sure your account is linked to mixer properly, you can report it here https://forums.xbox.com/en-CA/forums/0d7dc557-ea57-4938-a0e8-7f05d0a019fe_e2e46498-6402-4c6a-b958-69... .

The items typically get automatically applied to your account, but you usually get a message informing you of this. Check your order history to make sure it hasn't been applied Sign in to your Microsoft account .

1.Hey, so I watched the Halo World Championship on Sunday when the Halo 5: Guardians Voices of War REQ pack was being given out to all who viewed the stream, it has been one week, and I still haven't received the MixPot yet. I watched the stream
on my Mixer account that is linked to my Microsoft/Xbox profile. Any updates would be appreciated, thanks!

I can vouch for him as I saw him in the stream, we actually enjoyed the stream! I mean I received mine, so I don't know why he didn't receive his! But good luck sir!

1.1.During the Halo World Championship event, Voices of REQ pack was annuncied, i saw foto the mixer.com, i saw the event during the whole weekend but my pack was never sent.

Since that was not communicated anywhere, we should be given the REQ as we truly believed we were taking the right actions to receive it. Never did they mention downloading anything during the stream. I'll paste the official announcement below which makes
no mention of downloading anything. Xbox failed to communicate the details of the promotion correctly and now they need to make it right.
