I reset my xbox one today i a new gametag but i cant get any my scascribetion

If you took out your subcritption out on a gamertag that is associated with an email, only that email should be used. You can change the gametag and use the same microsoft account to manage your subscription. I did some digging to give you a better answer.
You will always require a primary email to sign in to see your subscription. Go here for

Gametag and real name this help to understand what is needed to see your subscription. On your console goto; settings >>> account >>> subscription. This is where you can find your xbox game pass and ea access

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. You can't transfer an Xbox Game Pass subscription from one account to another. If you got a new gamertag after resetting your Xbox, then you more than likely signed in using a new email or a different email
not associated with the gamertag you are familiar with. I recommend following the support guide, "Find your Microsoft account
email address" for steps on how you can find the right email.

3. Select See other options
4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
6. Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call

i cant get my old gametag and it keep give me new one

Hi merry Xmas.ive bought a xbox s for one of my sons and set it up .he used another xbox with his brother and they had 2 gametags on his brothers on the same gametag how do I get both on the new one I've logged in and it will only log in one gametag????
