    I reset my xbox one s last night, the bundle game Halo2 gone


    I bought a used xbox one s, set up my own account in that xbox, but the Halo2 gone.

    how could I get the game back, this Halo2 bundle.

    what I have is the the packing box showed it's halo2.

    Cannot download Gears 1 and 3 codes

    I have same issue. Bought the Xbox One S bundle with GoW4 1TB. I got the codes last night. Codes for Gears of War and Gears of War 3 didn't work.

    So my first need to Factory Reset

    It was an issue with the operating system. The system itself is fine. It is a day one edition so no the warranty is long gone. I did the option for the factory reset where you keep all your games and apps. Just need it to last until august until I get

    If you had redeemed the game on your account, it should show in your Games and Apps as ready to install and you would re-install it there.

    If it was on the console when you bought it, then the original owner owns the game and you would need to purchase it on your account in order to get it back.

    Last night I was able to search for the promo bundle on the marketplace and it even loaded the page and the buy prompt. Now its gone. Like they realized someone in North America was trying to buy it. Lol. I'm sure they will be available sometime later. I
    really dislike product specific in-game add ons.
