    I reset my Xbox but forgot to save my account plz help me


    I reset it and forgot to save it so my games and apps saved but my account didn’t. Those games are digital and it won’t let me play them I spent a lot of money on them and I want to be able to play can anyone help me!!!!!

    I would like to connect into xbox live but I have to accept the new conditions and for that, I have to go to my parental account but my parents and I forgot the password. Is anyone could help me with that plz? It would be very appreciated.

    Just redownload your profile.Press the guide button on the controller,scroll left & add profile.

    You will want to change that gamertag as well as it's only a matter of time before you get a forced name change by the enforcement team.
