    I need to reset my gameshares

    My console is not even my home console and cant get it reset by the support

    No wifi at all

    I've tried everything and notice that my Wifi Mac Address was 00-00-00-00-00... I did a factory reset of the console and now the console cant detect my wired network. So I cant boot the console to the dashboard anymore .

    I guess i need to get my console serviced. What a bad timing!!

    i called customer support and got the maater code for my console. i cant get the factory reset option... is it something to do with the speed i press them or what?

    I have had the same problem. Tried hard resetting my console and resetting my router and it is still coming up as i cant view it. Any ideas?

    Gamepass sharing logs out main account

    Followed your steps and reset the console and still getting the same error. Requires my account to be logged in. She cant use gamepass other wise. The systme is also set as the home console.
