    i reset because of the error (taking to long to start)


    now that ive done this i have my hard drive in its detected and all and showing that there space taken up by this but the games i downloaded on my account are not there and now i am in the situation where it s taken up room but no games and i know i downloaded
    with this account any help with this and the taking too long to start error thank you.

    Hi!

    I also had this issue with my xbox too. To solve it, I do a hard reset by pressing the off button on my xbox for 10 seconds and then removing the power cable from the back for another 10 seconds before plugging it back in and starting up the console.

    This will clear the cache (for the better of your console!) and won't remove any of your installed games etc so don't worry!

    Try hard resetting your Xbox, to do this you will need to press and hold the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds then let go. After it turns off completely you can turn it back on.

    Has happened to me a few times. I just shut down my console and then restart it. Usually the game in question starts up normally. If it doesn't then I would consider uninstalling game and reinstalling it.

    1. hard reset as mentioned above should resolve the issue

    2. I would always suggest restarting the console if you do not want to do a hard reset
