    I requested an early deposit but now it shows the date almost two weeks later


    I requested an early reward point deposit and was told they would be put in my account on Marth 30th. However, I checked the website today and now the deposit date is set for April 13th. I do not know why this happened or how to fix it.

    Requested deposit for the 28th. No deposit has been made.

    Basically, last week I requested an early deposit of my 4600 credits for the 28th of September which is today as it said I could do and with Cuphead out tomorrow I figured I'd use the deposit towards the preorder.

    Checked today but no deposit has been made. Checked in my xbl rewards account and the 4600 credits are still there and now it says request an early deposit for the 12th of October, next month...

    OK, but I already requested an early deposit of these same 4600 credits for the 28th of September which is today. And I did this last week.

    What exactly is going on here please?

    The deposit date on the site changes 3 days before the deposit takes place because it is no longer possible to request a deposit for that date. If the date was listed as the 30th when you made the request, they will still be deposited on the 30th.

    I have them pending but the button for requesting an early deposit is gone as well as the next deposit date!

    Early deposit request

    The early deposits are only early in the fact that they are scheduled for a deposit before needing 5,000 pending first. Otherwise the credits would just remain pending until you have 5,000. Even with a deposit request, the credits are not deposited earlier
    than the scheduled deposit dates.
