I requested a refund, it had been 3 days, will it not be refunded?

Keep in mind that the refund timeframe only counts business days so weekends and holidays are not included.

Please be aware, this is a community forum, no one here has access to your account or can process a refund for you. If you have requested a refund, it will typically take 3-5 business days, with the day you requested the refund being day 0.

If you requested your refund on the 21st and you haven't had it yet, the most likely date in the UK would be Tuesday 29th August. Monday 28th is a none-business day, as it's a Bank Holiday.

How long has it been since you submitted the refund request? It typically takes about 72 hours to receive a decision on whether or not it's been approved and then 3-5 business days for the refund.

There are several reasons why a refund or return for a monthly Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription might be rejected. Some possible reasons include:

1. The refund request is made outside of the refund window. Xbox generally allows refund requests within 14 days after the purchase of a subscription.

2. The subscription has been used or consumed.
