Please lythester in the future do not report someone unless you have absolute grounds to report him. Enforcers take reports seriously and do not distinguish between mistakes or accidents. That is why it is very important to evaluate why you want to report

If you had something that violated the TOS as your Gamerpic then someone may have reported it and Xbox changed it. My advice, if it was something that violated the TOS, keep the pic family friendly so people won't make the mistake and report it.

When a report is made on an account BEFORE a suspension is put onto the account someone from the enforcement team looks at the report and makes a determination if there was a violation of the code of conduct.

When a case review on the suspension is requested another person from the enforcement team again looks at the report and determines whether there was a mistake with the first persons decision to suspend the account.

If there was then they lift the suspension if they did not make a mistake then the decision is upheld.

At that point the only thing you can do is wait out the suspension.
