    Hi, Joonas! thank you for your reply.
    Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel a report.
    Enforcement actions are only placed on a player's account after Xbox Enforcement has reviewed their account and found out the player has violated Microsoft's Services Agreement and the Community Standards for Xbox. If your friend hasn't done anything like that, then won't be banned or suspended.

    There's no way to cancel a report once it's sent. As long as they haven't done anything wrong, they'll be fine.
