I reported an user, but nothing happened

When Two Point Hospital launched on Xbox, I turned my console on and went to the review section of the game on Xbox Brazilian Store.

Then I saw a lot of people giving 1 start to the game just because it didn't feature portuguese subtitles.

Thinking this was unfair to developers, I wrote in the same review section that this wasn't fair and a game should not be given such low rate because of that. And people should learn english instead.

An user by the name of [Mod removed- personal information], saw my review and offended me openly in this same section.

Now, I am a grown up guy, but I don't think this should go unpunished. This could be happening to a child.

People shouldn't think Xbox is a safe place to say whatever they want!

This guy should be, at least, suspended.

I reported him, his message, contacted support, but nothing happened. His comment is still there

Usually these things take some time to be reviewed and take action.

Wait a few more days to see how it unfolds.

And I'm sorry to read what happened, no one should be offending anyone (and less in these spaces).

Every report has to be investigated, and during the investigation, the comment stays were it is. Once the investigation concludes, then if the team behind the investigation finds that the comment breaks the rules, then the comment will be removed, and the
person will get the relevant punishment.

Also why should someone learn English just to play a game? Most games these days do come in different languages. I'm sure over time the developers might release a language pack for the game.

The Complaint is then pushed into a new Que to be Verified by another XBL PET and/ or more if necessary.

In short, one Team Member is not solely responsible for any one Action taken.

I guess it could depend on which member of the team reviews it, but I recall someone getting a code of conduct over that exact word when the context was "...and pillage". Along the lines of "I've come to stomp on you in games". This was in the banned account
section, and the response they got was something along the lines of "we know there's more than one meaning, but it's most commonly used now as..."
