I renewed my xbox live gold subscription and never received my rewards for it.

Where are my rewards for renewing my subscription, or did you take that reward away also? This program has gone downhill for the past 12 months and now it seems like it's not even worth it to participate in the program anymore. Especially since you reset
everyone's reward level, and then made it even harder to move the level up. Thanks Microsoft, keep cashing those checks and making that money!

Never received any MS points for renewing my subsricption

Hi,

I have been a xbox live member for about 7 years. I have signed up for the rewards programme but i have never received any bonus points for renewing my subscription. I cant recall ever receiving any bonus points since signing up for the rewards programme.

I have renewed twice since signing up and have never received the points.

Xbox live gold free 600 points with 1 year renewal

Hi,

It has been several months now that i participated in a xbox live promotion on the dashboard. The promotion was if i renewed my xbox live subscription i would receive 600 free ms points. I renewed my gold subscription on 20 march 2012 and havent received
my 600 points yet.

it was an on line promotion when i turned on my Xbox, the message said: renew you gold subscription and receive 400 Microsoft points, i did this(some time ago now) but never received the points... I renewed for 14 months, and my gold subscription ends in
march 2013 i think...

We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:

Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

Xbox LIVE Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards members for renewing their Xbox LIVE Gold subscriptions, playing games, engaging with Xbox LIVE features, making purchases from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace etc... and a gold member does mean a xbox live gold
member.

Im having the exact same error. Cant login from my primary XBL account (Supanaut) but can login from this one (which is attached to my Family Gold account)? Frustrating as I need to contact the rewards team as I renewed my Gold Family and never received
