I received a response from Apple support confirming what you had already told me. With renewed confidence I decided to try a few things. ( I also had not been able to get the Premium version on my iPhone 7 since taking out the subscription)

I got it to work YEY!!!

This is what I did, incase others have the same problem.

Although I was logged into my apple ID, naturally doing this when I set up the new ipad pro and the subscription was showing in the itunes subscriptions, for some reason the Premium subscription did not happen when opening the app on the iPad Pro or since
purchasing the subscription, on my iphone 7.

I deleted the Solitaire app, went into settings, itunes subscriptions ( you have to confirm your password during this process) I can see the Microsoft subscription. I Changed to Apps and downloaded the Microsoft Solitaire app again, opened it and yey it
is now the premium edition.

I have now done the same on my iPhone 7 and the premium is now showing there too.

For some reason it needed me to be in the iTunes subscriptions in settings, while downloading the solitaire app and opening it to work. Strange but it now works.

My Premium upgrade was for 1 year, but ended 3 months early. I purchased it on March 13, 2015 and a message on December 22, 2015 said my subscription ended. Also there is no option to renew. I won't renew. Ever.

To give you a heads up, the renewal date of your subscription will always be the date/day when you originally bought the membership.

If your subscription will renew on February 28, 2025 that is because you bought the subscription or your subscription renewed on January 28, 2025.

The renewal of your subscription was January 28, 2025 and the payment was collected today February 3, 2025.

Your entire Gold subscription will be converted to Ultimate, so you'll have Ultimate until March of 2025. Signing up to Ultimate starts a monthly subscription for Ultimate (which is why you see that wording), but since you have so much time built up, your next payment won't be due until March 2025.

This is not July and I'm having the same problem with renewing the upgrade to premium for the Microsoft Solitaire Collections. It's been three days now of ANNOYING ADS EVERY GAME!!! I don't know what the problem is; whether on my end or the Store or Microsoft
or ??? I don't have a Xbox to turn to..l.just Windows 8.1 on my PC. It shouldn't be this difficult to give Microsoft money.
