    I remember my Xbox gamer tag, but not the email used for it.


    I tried to login using the email that I remember that I used when I had the account, but it said that the account doesn't exist anymore, and I don't remember anything about the account except for the gamertag.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble recovering a Microsoft account.

    IMPORTANT: Please don't share personal information, including emails, gamertags, phone numbers, etc.

    As community users like you, we are not able to enter or check your account information, and everything we comment can be seen by anyone on the internet.

    That being said, what I could suggest, and in case you didn't try, is to attempt to recover the account by submitting the account recovery form but using instead a previously created Skype username (which is not the same as our gamertag) or previously linked phone number.

    Hello MattHeinrich2, unfortunately it is not possible to log into the Microsoft account without knowing the email or if you have placed a phone as a login, try to see with a family member, friends you play if they do not know your email that used on Xbox, then to cancel the automatic renewal of the subscription enter your account by the link below.
