    i pre-ordered a game and requested a refund like 10 hours later, it says it's been refunded but i haven't received my money back.

    It can take at least 3 to 5 business days to receive the funds after the refund has been approved, but can take longer depending on the bank as well.

    Never got refund for a cancelled pre order

    I haven't gotten my refund either, even though Xbox definitely took the money out of my account when I pre-ordered the game. It's been almost two weeks now and I still don't have my money back

    I brought FIFA 23 ultimate edition back on the 18/08/2022 what got cancelled didn't get a refund tho then brought it again on 25/09/2022 saying I only have the standard edition and haven't received my pre order bonus for some of the events

    You can get a refund provided you haven't received the product you ordered yet. It is actually your right as a consumer. No amount of terms and conditions can take away your rights as a consumer.

    The same principle also applies to pre-ordering games.

    You have a choice. You are not forced to buy a Season Pass. You can choose to buy each DLC as and when it is released, but spend more
