    If creditcard or bank card then contacting support won't work

    You have to check account.Microsoft.com if it says issued then it's our if xboxes hands and in the hands of your bank and no customer service can't help

    Sometimes it can take a few days for the money to go through. Wait a few days, if the refund hasn't gone through by then, contact Xbox Support, and they should be able to help you.
