I Refunded a game and it was approved but i still own it.

It may take a couple of hours to 24 hours for the in-game item or currency to be removed from your account, Martin.

Thank you for clarifying that, I uninstalled the DLC for the Murder Miners game and its gone from my install list so that worked. I’m gonna try to uninstall and reinstall Fortnite to see if any changes happen, if not i’ll contact Epic Games to see of they

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on refund. When requesting a refund, we only supply the money back. The game server itself is responsible for removing the content, which is Epic games. This usually takes about 1-3 days for
them to remove the content. If the DLC is able to be uninstalled we recommend doing that.

There was a notice on the website that the refunds are taking a little longer to process.

Microsoft Xbox Refunds may take several business days, it depends on which payment method you used.

The same problem. Earlier it took a couple of minutes to get refund to my PayPal account. It’s disappointing. And yes, REQUEST APPROVED, but no refund and I still own a game(( Such a big company can’t solve such little problem for weeks.
