I refunded 1 game 4 days ago and i still waiting to microsoft give back my money to my bank...

It can take up to 7 business days to receive a refund. It also depends on how long it takes your bank to process it as well.

That's the game I tried to purchase. I just got my money back a few minutes ago, so don't worry you should see the money back in your back account soonish.

How long did you wait before the refunds hit your bank account? I tried purchasing it last night and like over an hour ago and still waiting for the refund.

Well, the 6th was Friday so we are just about 1 working day after and the other one was today. You need to give it till the end of the week. The banking system works slow

i requested a refund for cyber punk 3 days ago and it was denied. now Microsoft decided to give full refunds for the game like ps4 did. when i try to get my money back it says refund was denied, how do i fix this problem..?!?

I attempted to refund for one game and two dlcs my 10 yr old son bought online. The game was approved but still have not received the money, but the dlcs were not approved. This is not abuse of the refund system as we do need the money back, and would like to know how I can reappear for the refund please

How long ago was the refund approved? It can take 3-5 business days (or longer depending on your bank) after the refund is approved before your bank would reflect the refund on their end.
