    I need to send him message you provide on referral email as fast as i can to get rewards and he also gets rewards by subscribing through it

    yes iam his friend and he make a refer to me to join xbox live gold but no referral email reached to me till now

    I will subscribe to gold membership for 1 year but first i want his referral email to subscribe through it and get rewards from referral subscription

    The staff responds to posts oldest to newest and typically takes 1-2 business days to reply. They only work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST.

    Also, here is when to expect the rewards once everything goes through, it will not be anytime soon:

    "To receive your 5,000 Rewards Credits, you must join Xbox Live Rewards and upgrade your Xbox Live account to Gold Online membership within 14 days of receiving the referral and retain your Gold membership for at least 30 days. If you meet all these requirements,
    Credits may take up to 45 days to be deposited into your Microsoft account."
