    I redeemed xbox live gold (12 month) and then redeemed a 1 month ultimate game pass on top...


    I redeemed xbox live gold (12 month) and then redeemed a 1 month ultimate game pass on top of that hoping it would convert to a year like it always used to, and it's giving me an incorrect ending date that doesn't reflect what it claimed to promise me before I selected SUBMIT. It told me my new renewal date would be on 1/1/2026 and then when I went to check my subscriptions it is now saying 11/30/2025?? I have pictures. This doesn't make sense!

    If you currently have Game Pass Ultimate and attempt to redeem a 12 month Xbox Live Gold code, it will convert to a 3 or 4 month Ultimate subscription. If you want to continue with just Gold for 12 months and not Ultimate, you would have to wait for the
    Ultimate to expire before redeeming the regular Gold code.

    If you don't currently have Ultimate, then you should have no problem redeeming the 12 months of Gold.

    Yes the auto renewal is off already. I have the Game pass ultimate until May 25. I already bought a new 12 month xbox live gold card but when I try to redeem the code it says my 12 month

    To make the conversion, you must not have any Game Pass Ultimate subscription active on your account, then redeem the 12-month Live Gold and then redeem 1 month of Game Pass Ultimate, and that Gold time will be converted into Ultimate, remaining for 13 months from Ultimate. When you subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and we convert any prepaid time you have on Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass, or EA Play subscriptions and we apply it to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate plan at the current conversion rate, up to a maximum of 36 months.

    If you redeemed the 12 months of Xbox Live Gold and it was added to your current Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, I am not sure if you will be able to get the 12 months back, if you did not redeem the 12 month Gold code, then simply follow Smwutches'
