I redeemed the code on the wrong email.

I'm afraid nothing is transferable between accounts. So if the case is you redeemed the code on the wrong account, I'm sorry to say this but there is no way to transfer it.

Thanks for updating us with your reply. Glad to hear that you were able to retain your Microsoft account after that hacking attempt. If the hacker's email is still listed as being the primary alias, you'll of course wish to change that up and/or remove it
entirely from your account. Here are a couple of support articles that can assist you in changing the alias (primary email) and/or completely getting rid of that email:

Update all of your Microsoft account security information

You'll want to do this all in one go as any of these major changes you make will then take 30 days to "solidify" in order to protect your profile, which means that during that period of time you won't be able to make any further changes.

Hey guys, hope someone can help as microsoft support is useless and the link goes nowhere.

Some time ago my account was hacked and everything was lost to another email address however I spotted it in time and they weren't able to delete everything.I contacted microsoft (i cant remember where I got that access from) and a very helpful gentleman
walked me through everything, changing email address, password etc meant for a safe and secure blocking of the
[Mod Removed - see guidelines] and I got everything back..... or so I thought.

My live access has now expired and when i go to redeem.microsoft.com and sign in the hackers email is still there...so after sign in it looks like this

Redeem your code or gift card

(United Kingdom)

Now,can I change that email address somewhere in my account details or if I do redeem the code will it go to my account and everything will be hunky dorey or will I pay for them to have a years Live access?

Man thanks for such a quick response. Yes I kind of feared someone may say that, clutching at straws I hoped perhaps someone else has experienced the same problem. Of course the call back facility is currently closed here lol.
