    I redeemed the Xbox live gold trial for 14 days and I tried to play online cod ww2 and fortnite with friends and it wouldn't work it said I'm not aloud to play online what wrong

    Trials only give you limited access to some xbox live features.A lot of games require you have a full gold membership to use their online features,especially ranked play.

    Redeemed 1 month gamepass ultimate, shows as active, but xbox doesn't recognize it??

    I redeemed 12000 points for the code. I am on console and I have had game pass for years. This occurred when I redeemed this code just a day or two ago.

    It just tells me that I need game pass ultimate to play the games, but that is what I have.

    Sorry I didn't explain properly. The code is a one use code only. If you have already redeemed the code, then you can only download it with the gamertag which redeemed the code. Once the online pass is downloaded onto the console then it can be used by
    any gamertag/user on that console. I know this because I have used my brothers console with FIFA online pass and it lets me play online with my gamertag.

    Only the gamerTag that you redeemed the code on or made the purchase for the online pass can go play online.
