    Ebony Flintlock Pistol from Mixer Event

    Was instructed to make a post that I have not received the Ebony Pistol skin in Sea of Thieves after participating in the Mixer event.

    The code is confirmed as redeemed on my xbox account, does not show up in game.

    Can't find my Ferryman Clothing Set

    I am playing Sea of Thieves on Windows 10.

    I bought the Sea of Thieves XBOX One Controller and redeemed the code for the Ferryman Clothing Set, my account history lists the code as redeemed.

    I also redeemed a trial code for XBOX Live Gold, because it says that the Ferryman Clothing Set requires a XBOX Live Gold membership.

    But I cannot find the Ferryman Clothing Set in the game.

    I checked my clothing and vanity chests, but it is nowhere to be found.

    Can anyone please help me find my missing trousers?

    When you say you redeemed it what exactly do you mean?

    Did you acquire the game through Game Pass or did you receive a code for something in-game?

    Keep in mind that at this time the Sea of Thieves devs have promotional content turned off and it may not appear in-game until the issue with that content is fixed.

    Keep in mind that at this time the Sea of Thieves devs have promotional content turned off and it may not appear in-game until the issue with that content is fixed.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. Sorry to hear that your Onyx Compass isn't showing up in-game, but congrats on the win! Since you've already received the code (and likely redeemed it) but that item hasn't become available in-game,
    your best bet going forward is going to contact Rare to enquire why it isn't applying in the game itself. You can open a request for support with them regarding this and please be sure to provide as much detail as possible. Adding in a screenshot may also
    be helpful if possible.

    To redeem this content:

    • You will need to make sure this shirt content is installed in the "Manage Add Ons" section for Forza in the "My Games and Apps" section before you boot up Forza Horizon 4 or Sea of Thieves. Once in game, head to your character customization screen, and
      it will be available in the "Tops" section.
    • Sea of Thieves add on will show up in game.

    With that said, if you watched this event back on Nov 10th and never received these items, please let me know and I will be more than happy to look into this for you!
