I redeemed my moutian dew code for game pass and it didnt give me it what do i do

2. If it shows that you have an active subscription, try signing out and then signing back in to your account.

I used the code it gave me and i used it on the right email (my xbox acount email) but it didnt give me the game and i cant download it for free despite the code going through now when i try to re-use the code again because it didnt work the first time
it says code already redeemed to my email but i stilldont have the game. I am currently playing it of the game pass but i expires soon

seejust the other day i redeem a code and it didnt work but it worked for the xbox360 but i redeem it on a xbox one on my xbox one and it is a xbox one code. what should i do microsoft? i need help with my code.

If it said that you're gonna get trophies after completing the game, it may not arrive right away because all achievements are being validated by the Xbox network and could take up to 72 hours. I suggest that you wait and see within 72 hours.

I know they give you a single point to redeem on like game skin and stuff so by actually redeeming that point does that in turn send of the game pass code to you? What I'm saying is like you redeem a skin and then have to use it to your gamertag and then maybe once done it recognizes your gamertag with the redeem skins and then sees your email you used to sign upon the Xbox Mtn Dew/Rockstar/Doritos and it is linked to your gamertag so then it finally send it out?

I hope that made sense. I hope that would be the issue.
