I redeemed my FIFA 15 game by using a QR card from Xbox one.

Hello, I redeemed my FIFA 15 game by using a QR code. But before it was getting installed it got deleted while it was still on queue to get downloaded. And now I can't use that code again. Please someone tell me how can I get the game back. How to sort
this out.

Installing FIFA 14 So No Need For Disc?

yep you can sell the disc as normal... (theres no linking disc games to accounts)

just open the fifa 14 card and say 'xbox use code' and show the kinect the QR code and it will register as you having a digital purchase, you should then be able to play fifa 14 that was installed to your hdd from the disck

 

Hi, I have an issue of the same nature, only that I had downloaded Fifa 15 while the console was set to another region that will only release the game on 26 Sept; it is already released in my country.

 

I redeemed a Fifa Ultimate Team dlc code on Xbox.com and I can't find it on my Xbox to download.. Can someone help?

 

Same issue here. I redeemed FIFA 15 today on my new xbox with the code bundled with the purchase.

It first showed in the queue but then it disappeared altogether. Now I can't see the game anywhere.

FIFA is launch in our side of world on 26th Sep.

 

Same here, I redeemed FIFA15 on HK day one on 23 Sep, and it start download,

and then I somehow got the fifa 15 to download from the store aswell,

now I have too fifa15 sitting in my game list,

and the redeemed one seems not start to install but the store one start to install up to 99% then stopped,

I thought that the redeemed one might conflict with the store or some how so I removed the redeemed one and leave the store one,

then the store one go up to 100% but stay at 100%, I select it and it ask me to purchase.

I do not want to purchase the game again, I used the code....

please help!...

 

I downloaded the game early with the code today I wanted to play but my xbox brings me to the store en shows me that I need to purchase it stupid realy ***

 

I also have the same kind of problem, but I made the mistake myself.

I just want my Xbox in English settings so I set UK instead of Netherlands (where I live) after I downloaded FIFA with the redeem code I have to wait till tommorrow!!!??? I changed it back to Dutch settings but that doesnt work also...

If I delete the game and try to reinstall it with Dutch settings is not possible right? Because when you use your code once its gone or not?

 

I have the exact same problem as zipp123 i was so stupid to redeem the code in the uk store instead of the netherlands store

Any purchased games should show up under "Ready to Install" in the "My Games and Apps" page.

The game should be available to play now it has been released and should show up there, and should also show up as purchased when locating the game in the store.
