    I redeemed my 3-month code in the wrong account.


    Hello, Today my brother give a 3-month gold membership as a gift, so when we where chatting he sent me the code and a link to redeem it, the problem is that apparently the link he gave me had already the code ready just to confirm the purchase, I
    accidentally pressed confirm and my membership went to another account (both accounts are mine by the way). So I came here to know if there is a way to cancel that membership and receive another code, I redeemed today so it hasn't spent a day.

    Xbox One code redeemed on wrong account

    I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).

    You would have to contact support to see if they can cancel the subscription and give you a token for the remaining time. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
