I redeemed money but its not in my account

I redeemed 250 euro from xbox website and when i log in my account from my xbox i dont have anything ! When i go to my microsoft email and billing>transactions at top right it says GB-Personal account 0,07 , and there is another account FI(Finland)-Personal
account 250 euro . What i need to do to get the money in my xbox account , to transfer from one personal account to another or something , i dont know what to do ! Probably the GB - Personal account is the account on my xbox but that FI(Finland)-Personal account
has the money in it which i have no idea how it was created . What i need to do ?

My microsoft points I redeemed turned into money on my account but at the market place but I cannot use my accounts money

 

Gift Card Xbox 360

I redeemed my xbox gift card, but the balance did not fall on my account. Now I've lost 30 reais of my money. I have to know why it's not in my account, and want got my code back from the gift card.

 

Sorry but it sounds like you got a Finland currency code. You will only be able to use that with a Finland account.
