Keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours to receive anything you redeem from Rewards. If not, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it will either list a code there or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

Unfortunately, Microsoft Rewards may not always offer the exact reward option you are looking for at a given time, and sometimes there are limited-time offers or changes to the available rewards.

However, there are a few things you can try to get one month of Gamepass Ultimate:

Check back regularly: Microsoft Rewards often update their rewards, so it's possible that a one-month Gamepass Ultimate option may become available at a later time.

Check different regions: Some rewards may not be available in certain regions or countries, so you can try changing your region in Microsoft Rewards to see if there are any different options available.

Redeem for a different reward: If you need a Gamepass Ultimate subscription right away, you can redeem your Microsoft Rewards points for a different reward, such as Xbox gift cards, which you can use to purchase a one-month Gamepass Ultimate subscription directly from the Xbox store.

If you used your microsoft rewards pounts to redeem for xbox live you should check your email for a code. I redeemed for gamepass and they did the same thing. If you redeem for gift cards they are automatically put into your account but subscriptions
still have the codes emailed to you.

Check you Rewards order history, the codes should also be there if you haven't received the Email with the code. Unlike when you use rewards points for money on your Xbox account, when you redeem or do the auto-redemption like I do, the GamePass Core/Ultimate rewards are not automatically added to your account, it is sent via email. But as I said check your Rewards History and the code(s) for any months that the points were deducted should be there. If they are not there contact Rewards Support using the "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support" link at the very bottom of the page. Good luck.
