I redeemed code for "Let's Sing 2023 Hit's from Australia and NZ" on my microsoft account...

Do you have the option to install the add-on from the Microsoft Store? There should at least be an option to install it remotely to your console.

Try installing it from here:

Or if the base game is already installed and you just need the specific add-on:

Let's Sing 2023 Australian Song Pack | Xbox

If you see the add-on in your purchase history and you’re still not able to find or install it on your console even after following all these steps, you would need to contact support - select live chat or request a call back to speak with someone.

Welcome to the Microsoft Answers Community! I'm happy to help with your question! You can follow these steps to download the add on:

1. Highlight the game (don't select it) and click the Menu button (the one with 3 lines) on your controller.

2. Select Manage game and add-ons and then select the game tile.

3. All owned add-ons will show up here. Select the check boxes on the content you want to install.

4. Select save changes and content you selected will start installing.

Unfortunately this didn't fix my issue! I followed the instructions on the support article too and nothing has helped so far. I can see the add-on in my microsoft account order history but not anywhere else! If you have any other suggestions please let me know!! Or if I could maybe talk to someone on the phone that would be awesome.
