I redeemed an Amazon fifa points code but they haven’t appeared in my account

I bought 2200 fifa points on Amazon.co.uk with a £15 voucher I had and I redeemed the code on the Microsoft website through the same account I use on my Xbox but the fifa points haven’t appeared in my account for some reason

Were you able to check your order history on your Xbox? Also, can you please check for which FIFA game the points is from there and what FIFA game you have?

Perfect. This is for FIFA 22, are you trying to get the points for FIFA 22?

it was for all versions and it is in my order history so it’s really weird why they aren’t there yet

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that it's redeemed under the correct account by following the steps below:

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order history.

Also, make sure that it's for the correct FIFA game version.

Once confirmed, perform a powercycle on your console.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
