I redeemed a xbox live gold membership on pc by mistake. I bought it for my Grandson and thought I was getting the code for him. when he puts the code in, it says it has already been redeemed. how can I get this to his xbox 1 x? please help, Zackspapa

Exchanging XBox Game Pass for 1 month XBox Gold live

I redeemed some of my Microsoft Reward Points for the XBox Game Pass when I wanted to redeem the points for the 1 Month Xbox Live Gold Membership. I made a mistake in ordering. I would like to exchange the XBox Game Pass for a 1 Month Xbox Live Gold Membership.

Says renewed on computer but wont connect on XBOX

I just redeemed by XBOX live GOLD 12 month membership because i ran out 2 days ago. It says i have a brand new 12 month GOLD membership on the computer but it wont connect on my XBox. getting really mad. nothings working.

If you were signed into his account when it was redeemed, then it would already be on his account on the console.

If not, you would need to contact support to see if they cancel the subscription and give you a token for the remaining time to use on the correct account. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

Uh, you’re right. Sorry, I thought I need Xbox Live Gold, before I am redeeming xbox gift card and buying xbox 360 games. Sorry about that. Just normal membership, not gold. Sorry, my mistake. But thanks for information.

yes xbox gift cards will work on pc,s and yes you need xbox live gold go for xbox live gold first.
