    I redeemed a girft card and it says I've got £0.24 left!


    Around at the start of April I brought this £15 gift card and when I got home I redeemed it straight away.After the recent xbox one update which made it harder for me to navigate around and find stuff I tried to spend my Microsoft money but it said I didn't
    have it.I checked my balance and it said £0.24 left.I was upset by this and scared that someone accessed my account while I was offline.I would like a full £15 refund to my Microsoft account balance and a apology.I would not like to take this any further.

    I've exactly the same problem. On the card stand go to microsoft.com/redeem when I try it there it says go to your xbox. When I try it on my it box it says read the instructions of the card you need to enter it on a website.

    Hi I just added $15 gift card to Xbox live and I’m trying to buy game pass but I entered the number on the gift card for game pass to redeem but it says it’s already redeemed
    I also purchased a $50 Xbox gift card and when I tried to redeem the code it says it was already redeemed. I've tried the troubleshooting method and contacting the store I purchased it from via email and I have yet to get a solution. I'm "glad" someone else is having this issue.
