I redeemed a game on Xbox, can see it in Order History but not in my game library, says to...

If the code has been redeemed, the game will show in your order history and library:

Open the Xbox app on your PC and go to the Library tab, your owned games will show here.

You can also check this from the Microsoft Store app library, and see if the game shows in your order history: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

Please, check her transaction history and make sure it was completed.

Follow these steps:

Sign in to account.microsoft.com.

Select Payment & billing > Order history.

Order history

You can also check her library.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.

Choose Full library > All owned games.

As I mentioned before, your games should show on your account's order history or at My games and apps > Full Library > All owned games, regardless of how long it has been since you redeemed them. In terms of locating your games, I'm afraid those are the only two ways to do it.

If your games don't show on your order history or at "Full Library", it means that they were redeemed by a different account.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue locating a game. Once a game code is redeemed it is attached to the profile it was redeemed on. You can look in your ready to install under your full library. Go to my games and apps>Full
library>all owned games> the game should be listed here. If it isn't you may want to check other profiles. Also can check the

order history for the code that was redeemed.

Yep, I confirmed that it's in order history, however signing out of both apps, and restarting before signing back in did not work. Still not seeing the game in my Xbox library, despite it being in my Microsoft Store library.
