If yiu redeemed for example the fortnite card in the Microsoft store but you play using the Epic launcher in PC.
In order to get the rewards everywhere you may need to access first to the game via Xbox Console and once you sync the progress
You can go back to your main platform (and vice versa)

Theres unfortunately nothing that can be done about that. Once a code is redeemed there is no way to reverse that process.

Do you have Vbucks card or Xbox card ?
