    I redeemed a code for money (SEK) and I didn't use it directly and now, a couple of days ...


    I received two codes worth 100 SEK each for christmas. I redeemed both now in January, but I didn't use the money that instant of using my console. So I signed out after my session and then the time when I had decided what to spend my money on, the money
    was gone. Now I tried redeeming the codes again, but they were already used. How do I get my money back to my account?

    Prepaid Code not redeemable

    I purchased 3 10€ prepaid cards in order to get a dlc .

    2 of them worked flawlessly but the third one produced an error

    Saying: Try again later. So I tried later but then it would just say,that the code has already been redeemed. The thing is: I didn't receive the money so now I've got a redeemed code which didn't get me anything.

    What to do?

    Wrong debits on my account!

    I have been debited 6 times for purchase I did not do. How do I get my money back and where can I complain? Microsoft has taken money from my accout 6 times, 96,60 SEK, 149 SEK, 149 SEK 96,60 SEK, 49 SEK and 199 SEK. I just bought FIFA points for only 199

    Do you have 2 billing addresses in 2 different countries for your account?

    For example, my UK account could have £10 on it, however, if I had a US billing account, it would have $0 on it.

    Check your Microsoft account to see if your money is on a different billing account/region to what your Xbox is saying.

    There should be a grey drop-down box to the right of the screen, are there any more accounts on that list? If so, do they have your currency on?
