    I redeemed a code for Maddden 24 and isnt showing up.


    Hi, I bought Madden 24 on amazon and just redeemed it onto my xbox account. It said redeemed and now I can not find it anywhere in my games/apps/full library or anything and is saying I should buy it still on the microsoft store not install. I do not know what to do and do not want to have to order it again.

    Yes you should get a email with the code and then go to callofduty.com/camo-redemption sign in with your elite account and redeem the code and within 24 hours or less it will show up in your list of camos under DLC. Mine showed up a few mins after I redeemed
    my code.

    Im having the same issue it just isnt showing up in the perks tab and ive never had nitro before but that doesnt matter since the redeem code doesnt even show up.

    Sometimes it can take up to 24-72 hours for it to show up.

    But as long as it states it was redeemed then it should show up soon
